A Poem On Things That Can’t Be Said Aloud

You can’t change the past,

You can’t force people to give you what you think you need.

Mutual respect she said!

How dare she.

Leaving me to fester,

Not keeping to her word.

That isn’t mutual respect.

When a believer has taken away your rights,

And you can’t receive it from them.

I had no choice but to turn to my Lord,

And pray hard that He returns my sense of dignity and my spirits.

I hate you bitch,

And I hope you rot!

This isn’t kinship,

It’s blasphemy.
